Who we are
jobdrivenow.co.uk is a recruitment platform for self employed multi drop delivery drivers. Our head office is at 32 Park Cross Street, Leeds, West Yorkshire, England, LS1 2QH.
The data we collect
- Contact details — name, email, phone number and home address so we can reach you about roles.
- Application details — your work history, driving licence information and right to work in the UK.
- Placement details — the depot, route and client you are matched with, and the pay you are offered.
- Order details — when you book a course or service: billing details and what you bought. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not store card numbers.
- Technical data — the pages you visit and the device you use, collected through cookies and analytics.
How we use your data
- To match you with suitable delivery driver roles.
- To carry out right to work and licence checks the law requires.
- To pay you and keep the records our clients and HMRC require.
- To deliver the training and services you book, and send your receipts.
- To respond to your questions and keep you safe on a route.
Legal basis
We rely on your consent, on the contracts we put in place to place you in a role or deliver what you bought, and on our legal obligations (such as right to work checks) to process your data lawfully under the UK GDPR.
Who we share with
We share the details needed to place you with the depot, logistics client or partner you will work for, and with the services that help us run checks, payments and payroll. We never sell your data, and we only share what is necessary for the purpose.
How long we keep it
We keep your data only as long as we need it — for as long as you are engaged with us, and afterwards only to meet legal, tax and insurance record-keeping requirements.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold, ask us to correct it, object to certain processing, request that we delete it, or ask for a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email info@jobdrivenow.co.uk.
